As we have clients and account managers operating in different time zones, our estimating department is readily available to assist daily from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST). As we have no standard turnaround time for quotes or changes to quotes, we will always try to accommodate our client's date requirements wherever possible and if our sales representative has a rush request, quite often we can have the information returned to the client on the same day.
