Printcrafters commitment to quality focuses on creating the best possible printed piece, on schedule for our clients. To ensure that we stay focused on quality control, we have implemented the following:
- Daily, early morning production meetings, which include our Director of Operations, plant supervisors, and customer service staff, along with our Logistics Manager ensures that all of our clients needs are addressed for that day's schedule.
- Our Plant Manager works with the plant supervisors and staff throughout each day to ensure client jobs are on schedule and to help solve problems where necessary.
- Our customer service staff is involved in all daily production processes and has up to date information for any client queries.
- Our shipping department personnel are in constant contact with freight and courier companies to confirm delivery schedules and to follow up each and every shipment that leaves our facility to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Job Prioritizing
Our Account Managers and or customer service representatives thoroughly reviews with the client, all of the production and delivery requirements to gain a complete understanding of the project prior to entering the job into production.
Scheduling
Our Account Managers review the specific needs of the client with our dedicated customer service representatives and plans the schedule according to the client's requirements.
Communication
Our Account Managers confirm the schedule with the client and the project proceeds. Our customer service representatives have complete care and control of the project at all times with on-going client dialogue throughout the project. |
