Working in conjunction with our account managers is our in-house Customer Service Team. Each CSR brings to you a wealth of knowledge and substantial print experience. Our customer service staff is an incredible asset to our client, as there are few production related questions that they can not immediately answer. Their attention to detail is outstanding which results in less errors and increased client satisfaction. We assign a dedicated customer service representative to each of our accounts to ensure consistency in service and to ensure that our client's needs are always addressed.
Each of these customer service staff (or any of our sales team) is available as required to help solve problems or develop better everyday workflow solutions. They also are on site to assist with any client press approvals. We encourage our clients to have all of our key personnel's home and mobile phone numbers in case of emergencies or an extremely time sensitive project as we truly are a company that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
