CPC-24 Prinect Image: Prinect Image Control is a colour measuring system for monitoring quality outside the press. Prinect Image Control determines the deviations from the predefined reference values and automatically tells the operator what adjustments are needed. These adjustments are approved and sent online to the press, which then regulates the ink zones in all the printing units simultaneously. Prinect Image Control reliably monitors quality, facilitating steady and continuous production in prepress and press of the highest standards of quality. |
We ensure all equipment and systems are online all day and we control the proper storage of our plates and chemistry. Part of our daily routine is to monitor of the plate processor chemistry and calibrated if required, we make sure we're right on line all the time. Fog tests are produced on all new batches of plates as opened and adjustments are made to ensure we are within tolerance. Our proofing systems are monitored on a daily basis to ensure proofs are accurate from day to day. |
