The digital Bourg Book Factory is a totally automated in-line booklet finishing system for book binding and booklet making. The sheets are fed in-line into a Xerox printer which prints digital images. They are then transferred to the binder which binds these book blocks into final perfect bound booklets which are finally 3 side trimmed in the CMT-330 for immediate delivery. The Bourg Binder BB3002 is the most efficient perfect binder available in the industry for cut sheet and signatures. Books up to 60 mm (2.36") thick are processed immediately, at a productivity rate of up to 600 cycles/hour.
This three-side trimmer designed for the on-demand printing environment. The CMT-330 three-knife trimmer finishes soft-cover, perfect bound books at a rate of up to 400 books per hour. It can be used in-line with perfect binders or off-line in a manual-feed mode.
