Our paper-baling machine safely takes all excess trimmings from the saddle stitcher, perfect binder and cutter then wraps them into large recyclable paper bales.

Once baled, the huge bundles will be shipped off for recycling. Our own waste paper amounts to 40 tons per month, so by recycling we are freeing up a lot of space at the city dump, so in effect we are making a molehill out of a mountain of trash!

This paper-baling process also helps to eliminate dust in the plant, making the air quality better for our employees and reducing even further the chance of dust getting into a printed piece.
